With a background in business operations, helping businesses to build up teams from a few people to organize and re-organize international companies, being experienced in a great variety of ecosystems from freelancing, family businesses through startups, growth companies and large corporations, having worked in strategy, thriving in chaos and uncertainty, working alongside with CEOs from the moment I started to work during university, filling a dozen of roles and establishing new functions from sales through analytics and HR, creating partnerships, managing projects and navigating business growth, changes, lay-offs and also closures, bringing together different worlds, and helping teams connect on a soul level, co-ordinating leadership teams, and talking to small and big audiences, and staying human among all these experiences - I got your back.
