What challenges do I help with?

  • The company grew, and you can’t all sit around one table anymore, communication is chaotic, and doesn’t reach everyone. The “everyone does everything” method won’t work anymore. We define, create, or update responsibilities, teams and org structure. We approach it from within, and look for what emerges from the org itself.
     

  • There are misalignments between departments, and/or co-founders. It’s frustrating, and the energy it requires prevents the (co)founders, and company to focus on growth. We disentangle the conflicts, create alignment, and make the necessary changes in the relationships to free up the energy, and turn it into a source of growth.
     

  • You’re starting a new project, a new business line, a new department, or a new initiative, and it all seems chaotic. There is no owner of it yet, no responsibilities, and no structure of what the project will look like. We define the project, the resources, bring together the best team, define the goals, the intention, where you’re going, and how you’ll do it.

  • There is a new leadership team, or a diverse team with people who are first-time, or fresh leaders. I'll enable leaders, leadership teams and senior managers to lead with authenticity, and learn them to model qualities that enable and empower team members to thrive. I'll be help the new leaders develop and find their sweet spot in their leadership role.​
     

  • The company is navigating change and uncertainty. Things are shifting quickly, the product is going through an evolution, and there are conflicting interests between teams. I'll introduce the phases of transitions, and teach the 4-step Be Better At Stress approach and techniques to equip the team with resiliency when navigating through it.
     

  • You’re in an intense period at your company, dealing with investors, expanding the team, and developing your products. You navigate complex business decisions, and feel lonely at high-stake business decisions.   • I work in a collaborative co-creation process. We both actively participate in shaping the partnership, together we discover ideas, set goals, and design strategies for growth and development.
     

  • You can expect a process like this:

    • 1st call: connect, chemistry-check, understand the challenges, ambitions, and desired future state

    • 2nd call: co-creation of the out work together: scope, people involved, timeframe, goals, and measures. agreeing in the services and partnership.

  • Company engagements can be virtual, hybrid, or in-person in Munich, or can happen on your chosen location (travel costs are extra).
