FAQ

How do I work?

My programs are bespoke and I co-create them with my clients based on the context, outcomes, and timeframes.

1-1 coaching calls are online. On-site workshops are available in Munich, Germany.

If you can't find among the programs what you're looking for, reach out to me, and share about your vision. I'm happy to design a program that makes you feel excited and fits you best to achieve your goals.

If you're sponsored by your company or organization, reach out for further info about the process.

If coaching for you is funded by Agentur für Arbeit-Jobcenter in Germany, visit this site for further info.

I work in English and Hungarian.

Who are my clients?

I work with ambitious, wholehearted (not only) women who are passionate about creating value, deeply committed to personal growth and consider themselves spiritual. They are leaders, founders, entrepreneurs - business professionals in any of these settings. They might live in a big city, in a small village in the countryside, or move from one place to another as nomads. They are mothers, childfree, or anywhere in between in the spectrum. Whatever life path they choose, they do it with intention.

They ask themselves questions such as "How can I live with purpose? How can I contribute to the world?". They question societal expectations and how things used to be. They are constructing their own answers to life's big questions. They are willing to take the effort and courage to create their own reality and dare to navigate the human experience with curiosity, compassion, and dignity.

What is coaching?

Coaching helps you develop new ways of thinking and being. It provides you with a safe and trusted space to see yourself from the meta-view, deepen your self-awareness, facilitate important conversations with yourself and challenge you to maximize your potential. I help you achieve your goals by holding you accountable to take the necessary action toward your great vision and get your life where you want it.

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that supports you to maximize your personal and professional potential. As a coach, I hold the vision you have for yourself and your life and then ask you powerful questions that enable clarity, focus, and purpose.

Together in partnership, I help you design actions, create a plan for change, set goals, manage the progress and hold you accountable to follow them through.

Simply put, coaching is a facilitator for change: one insight and one action at a time.

How coaching works?

The coaching process addresses specific goals. I help you facilitate important conversations with yourself and challenge your patterns and beliefs to develop new ways of thinking and being.

The power of coaching lies in your commitment for change, the actions and level of responsibility you take, the thought-provoking coaching conversations and insightful silences and in the relationship between the coach and you.

Coaching vs. Therapy

Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice. In entering into the coaching conversation, the client agrees that if any mental health difficulties arise during the course of the coaching relationship, they will notify the coach immediately.

As a Coach, Mindfulness Coach, and Meditation Teacher, I do not treat, alleviate, or cure any disease. I act as a facilitator and guide to support changes holistically and help you improve your quality of life and understand yourself better. Whenever engaging in a coaching session, the client understands and acknowledges that the coach will not be liable legally or otherwise, for the decisions and actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the coaching sessions.

A coach is like an open palm, the client creates and leads the agenda, and the client works towards a specific goal. The coach works on strengthening the client’s capacity and strengths that are already there innate and exist.

Why can you trust me?

I am an International Coaching Federation credentialed coach. I work with professional and ethical coaching standards and I have completed in-depth education and met the experience requirements. I have a strong commitment to excellence, and I engage in further education, and professional development and regularly work together with coaches and mentors to continuously enrich my skillset and implement the latest tools in my work. Additionally, I attend regular supervision as part of my professional development.

Certification from the ICF is like a quality assurance tag and helps you navigate when you consider hiring a coach.

What makes my approach unique?

My approach is strategic and holistic. I work with who you are and not with what you do. I combine cognitive, creative, and somatic tools and I empower you to transform from within. I put an emphasis on deepening self-awareness, mastering your strategic thinking, and making real progress. I challenge you to take bold and quick actions, and I want you to laser-focus your energies and be all in.

In my approach I equally use spreadsheets, templates, workbooks, as well as EMDR, positive psychology, meditation, mindfulness, non-duality, mindful eating, Ayurveda, and yoga philosophy. Examples are thought-provoking questions, assessments, mindfulness, self-reflective templates and exersizes, VIA Character Strengths, non-violent communication, self-compassion by Kristin Neff, meditation, mindful eating practices, visualization, LEGO serious play, affirmations, embodiment, writing, flowcharts, and visual collaboration tools, intuitive movement, breathwork and inner inquiry.

I also draw from 10 years of personal and professional development from various roles in the corporate and startup environment through silent retreats in Himalayan ashrams and 15 years (and counting) of extensive self-work.
