I started to practice yoga and meditation in my early twenties to cope with the stress and 14-16 hours workdays I had back then. I got a lot more: an approach to life and a tool that I can always return to. I became a certified teacher in 2016. Over the years my life became my practice and I truly believe that bringing awareness to daily activities is the secret to a happy life.
This course is about the basics of meditation that help you get started (or restarted) and provides you with the foundation to make awareness part of your daily life.
