Have you quit or lost a job, move places or shift careers?
This will help you get ready for your next chapter.
I created a 20-page journal full of practical and holistic resources to help you consciously grieve a job, career, or home.
I noticed it while working with clients that there are often unconscious blocks tied to their previous works that stop them from moving forward.
Are you doing all the things, apply for jobs relentlessly, mastered your networking techniques, did all the trainings, and yet if there was a secret blocker that prevents you from getting what you want?
You might be trying to skip a phase called grief.
Grief is a natural reaction, when you loose someone or something that is important for you. Grief also happens when you quit or forced to leave a job, move homes, and shift careers.
You belong to a community, you spent most of your days with people whom are likely not part of your work-life anymore. You contributed to a company's purpose and now you find yourself looking for yours.
This period comes with all the feels, and you might want to get through it quickly. You can also find beauty in it, and let go of patterns, resentment, and behaviours to make your next career chapter healthier and happier.
You can turn the ending into a learning experience and fuel this energy into building your new life and career consciously.
Thinking yourself through grief is often not enough, as "the body (not just) keeps the score", but also the memories of your previous work experience.
So you'll find ideas, exercises and tips to move your body, and be in your body to free up yourself and get ready to start anew.
Have you worked in a toxic work environment, experienced unfair treatment from your previous boss or gone through a complex layoff?
This can be helpful for you, too.
I created this journal upon my own experience of going through an unexpected layoff from a company and moving countries, continents and cities countless times, and modified after working with 100+ clients navigating transitions.
May it bring ease and success to your next chapter!
