Methamorphosis

“Nothing retains its original form, but Nature, the goddess of all renewal, keeps altering one shape into another. Nothing at all in the world can perish, you have to believe me; things merely vary and change their appearance.” - Ovid, Metamorphosis

Change and transformation are the key motives of the recent exhibition of Herlinde Koelbl, the renowned German artists and photographer, open for the public at the Bavarian National Museum.

These are also the main themes in my work as a coach. A human transformation follows stages, just like a change of a flower: emerging, blooming, and letting go. Yet, we remain the same in our essence. Play with this metaphor:

What is emerging, what is blooming and what is withering in your life now?
